About Department
The Department of Civil Engineering was established in the year 2008 with 30 students for delivering a quality education to our Civil students for social and industrial needs. The students for the program are admitted through merit based counseling based by the guidelines of Odisha Government. The present intake of the department is 90 students. There are 08 faculty member are from reputed institute of India.
The Diploma in Civil Engineering involves six semester program which includes Solid Mechanics, Structural Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Construction Management, and Hydraulics Engineering. The objective of the curriculum is to improve the skills and knowledge of students for handling the upcoming challenges. Apart from this we are focused to enhance the extracurricular activities for enhance the skills of students for industrial needs.
